The New Lumina in Kuwait

Yesterday I went to the Alghanim dealership is Alrai, I wanted to take a look at the new Lumina. I never was a big fan of the it and this one didn’t change my mind. I did like the exterior thou, it looked sporty and cool. The interior on the other hand still make you feel like your sitting in a cheap car, the seats are not comfortable, the Side Break looks like a toy and the dash board still looks cheap. The Lumina SS has 360 HP which is very cool but it took 6.0 L engine to get it, giving an awful compression ratio. The Lumina always had shitty handling I heard they fixed in this model but I need to drive it to believe it.

I also noticed the new Caprice there, which also had an SS model with 6.0 L engine. The Caprice interior was more luxuries, and the exterior looked pretty good. Although if you look closely you can notice that they stole the front look from Mercedes, and the back look from Chrysler 300C.

There was no prices mentioned, but I don’t think they should charge a lot for it. The only thing that I think is going to be ground breaking coming out of Chevy is the New Camaro, and I can’t wait for that.

Nice pics! The Caprice does seem to have a very Merc inspired front there.

360HP from a 6.0L engine may not be very efficient but its going to give some awesome low-end torque. Not to mention that its probably a very good bang for your buck deal.

Nevertheless, I'm also waiting for the Camaro's return.
